The POA is legally drafted in India on central govt. e-stamp paper, with all your details pre-registered in the govt. system. This POA is then sent to you overseas, where you must sign it in the presence of a consulate official who will attest your signature / POA. With this the procedure is complete. It is 100% electronic, so your details are in the system and very useful to cross reference at a later date. Most important is that revocation of POA is 100% clear when done through the E-stamp paper system. We can assist if you need the POA on E-Stamp paper.
Send us a copy of the POA you wish to cancel, we will review and advise. (Tip: It is easier to revoke POAs made on E-stamp paper). You are free to cancel the POA even midway or before the task is completed.)
No. The POA only allows the holder to sign on your behalf. The property will be registered only in your name (POA Issuer) and payment issued only to you (POA Issuer)
